Terms of Service
Last updated 18 October 2026. By using introfleet.com or the IntroFleet service you agree to these terms. If you sign an order or agreement with us, that document controls where it differs.
The service
IntroFleet provides done-for-you LinkedIn outreach: people listed as employees of your company message your target buyers and send interested prospects to your calendar. Scope, price and term are confirmed on your demo and in your order.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be authorised to bind your company.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break the law, including anti-spam, privacy and data protection law
- send deceptive, harassing or unlawful messages, or promote products that are illegal or prohibited by LinkedIn
- reverse engineer the service or interfere with its security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the claims in your brief and the offer we send on your behalf.
Fees
Prices are as agreed on your demo and shown on our pricing. We invoice monthly. Taxes are extra where they apply.
No guarantee of results
Meeting numbers we quote are estimates from our own campaign rates, not guarantees. Results depend on your market, offer and replies.
Third-party platforms
Outreach runs on LinkedIn and other third-party services. Their rules and availability are outside our control, and we are not liable for changes they make.
Your data and ours
You keep your content and brief. You give us the right to use them to deliver the service. We own the service, its software and its branding. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the service.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
Either party may end the service as set out in your order. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Clauses that should survive, do.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new date here; continued use means acceptance. Questions: contact@introfleet.com.
