Privacy Policy
Last updated 18 October 2026. This policy explains how IntroFleet handles personal data on introfleet.com and in the customer app.
Who we are
IntroFleet provides done-for-you LinkedIn outreach. We are the controller of the data described below. Contact us at contact@introfleet.com for any privacy question or request.
What we collect
- Visitors: technical data such as IP address and browser type, which our hosting and security providers process to serve and protect the site.
- Demo requests: the details you give when you book a call, such as name, work email and company.
- Customers: account details (name, email, sign-in credentials, optional two-factor settings), your brief, campaign settings, billing details and messages you send us.
- Prospects: when we run outreach for a customer we process business contact data about the people we message, such as name, job title, company, LinkedIn profile details and any reply they send. We process this on the customer's behalf and for our legitimate interest in delivering the service.
Why we use it
- To run the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
- To respond to demo requests and deliver the service we agreed with you (contract).
- To send service and security emails about your account (contract and legitimate interests).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties (legal obligation).
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use service providers under written terms to host the app and database, send email, process payments and deliver outreach. They may process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Some providers are outside your country, including the United States. Where required, we rely on recognised transfer safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep account and billing data while you are a customer and for the period the law requires afterwards. Prospect data is kept only while it is needed for the campaign and is deleted or anonymised after that. Ask us if you want a specific period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and California law (CCPA/CPRA), you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing. California residents can also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do neither. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Email contact@introfleet.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
If we message you on LinkedIn and you do not want to hear from us, reply to say so or email us and we will stop and suppress your details.
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you of a breach as the law requires.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. For material changes we will tell customers by email.
